Once upon a time there was a poor, poor family. There was Amy (the oldest), there was Tom, and there was little Lucy. Besides the kids, there was Ma and Pa.
One day, on the news, it said that no one goes into the dark, dark forest. Now everyone in the family had to watch that. And then, guess what? Little Lucy went into the dark, dark forest.
When she got deep into the forest, she saw a little old woman sitting on the ground. When the woman turned around, she asked little Lucy for one wish.
She wished she was rich. And that wish came true.
